      <r:Content xml:lang="sv">I den här tvärsnittsstudien undersökte vi prevalensen av Mycoplasma bovis i tankmjölk och besättningsfaktorer associerade med ett positivt antikroppstest hos svenska mjölkkobesättningar. Tankmjölksprover från alla svenska mjölkkobesättningar (n=3144) samlades in och analyserades med ID Screen antikropps-ELISA och PCR. Information om besättningsfaktorer hämtades från den Nationella kodatabasen. För att identifiera besättningsfaktorer associerade med antikroppar i tankmjölken användes logistisk regression i fyra olika modeller.       <r:Content xml:lang="en">In this cross-sectional study, we investigated the prevalence of Mycoplasma bovis in bulk tank milk (BTM) and herd characteristics associated with a positive antibody test result in Swedish dairy herds. BTM samples from all Swedish dairy herds (n=3,144) were collected and analyzed with ID Screen antibody ELISA and PCR. Information on herd characteristics was collected from the national Dairy Herd Improvement (DHI) database. To identify herd characteristics associated with the presence of antibodies in BTM, logistic regression was used in four different models.
