The dataset includes information on Facebook users' age, gender, country of residence, and country of previous residence. The data is divided in the number of Monthly Active Users and Daily Active Users. The data was collected through standard CSV format via an advertising API platform by using an R Studio code, and the data collection was conducted twice a month from January to November 2021. The dataset was originally published in DiVA and moved to SND in 2024.
