      <r:Content xml:lang="sv">Datalagret är kopplat till en studie som undersöker röntgenbehandlingens inverkan på primära äggstocksceller (POC) som härrör från cortex (cPOC) och medulla (mPOC) under in vitro-odling. Totalt sekvenserades 50 prover som samlats in från 5 patienter och 5 grupper (dvs. kontroll_t1, kontroll_t24, bestrålad_t1, bestrålad_t4, bestrålad_t24) ingick i studien.

RNA-extraktion utfördes med hjälp av RNeasy Micro Kit (Qiagen, Tyskland) enligt tillverkarens anvisningar. Biblioteken framställdes med hjälp av Illumina Stranded mRNA Prep Ligation-protokollet (Illumina, USA) enligt tillverkarens anvisningar, med 10 ng RNA som ingångsdata. 

Datasetet innehåller 100 fastq-filer från paired-end RNA-sekvensering, komprimerade med GNUzip (gzip). Datasetet innehåller också en metadatafil i xlsx-format och md5sum-fil i txt-format. Datasetets totala storlek är ca 300 GB.

Fastq-filer trimmades med TrimGalore (version 0.6.1) för att ta bort avläsningar av låg kvalitet före mappning.       <r:Content xml:lang="en">The data repository is connected to a study that investigates the impact of X-ray treatment on primary ovarian cells (POCs) derived from cortex (cPOCs) and medulla (mPOCs) during in vitro culture. In total 50 samples collected from 5 patients were sequenced and 5 groups (i.e.,control_t1, control_t24, irradiated_t1, irradiated_t4, irradiated_t24) were included in the study.

RNA extraction was performed using the RNeasy Micro Kit (Qiagen, Germany) following the manufacturer’s instructions. Libraries were prepared using the Illumina Stranded mRNA Prep Ligation protocol (Illumina, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instruction, with 10 ng of RNA used as input.
