      <r:Content xml:lang="sv">Dessa data består av ekologiska och taxonomiska data insamlade 2017 från tallskogar i Effaråsen, Sverige, med fokus på diversitet i form av SCATA-räkningar för ektomykorrhizasvampar (ECM). Den innehåller tre datafiler: (1) ECM2017.csv, rådata med relativ abundansdata för ECM-svampar från 245 jordprover med tillhörande retentionnivå-kategorier; (2) stand_leveldata.csv, aggregerade data på beståndsnivå som innehåller ekologiska data för 25 skogsbestånd; och (3) tax_2017.csv, som listar artens taxonomi, SCATA-grupper, släkte samt funktionella gruppindelningar för de arter som förekommer i studien. Data har bearbetats med hjälp av SCATA eller standardiserad taxonomisk gruppering för att underlätta statistiska analyser. Ett medföljande R-skript (R_code_clean.R) utför datarengöring, uppskattning av diversitet med iNEXT, multivariat ordination (NMDS), korrelationsanalyser och visualiseringar.
