      <r:Content xml:lang="sv">Data består av erfarenheter av insatser för proaktiv self-management hos personer med kronisk sjukdom och hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal. Data inhämtades genom fem fokusgruppsdiskussioner, två med medlemmar i patientföreningar och tre med hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal vid hälsocentraler. Data är på svenska.

En av fokusgrupperna med hälso- och sjukvårdspersonal genomfördes på deras primärvårdsenhet medan de övriga genomfördes digitalt. Samtliga spelades in via en ljudfil.  Ljudfilerna transkriberades i Microsoft Word. Ljudfilerna transkriberades ordagrant. Transkriberad data utgör datamaterialet. Analys genomfördes sedan med klassisk fokusgruppsanalys för att hitta mönster i data.</r:Content>
      <r:Content xml:lang="en">The data consists of experiences of  proactive self-management efforts among individuals with chronic illnesses and healthcare professionals. Data were collected through five focus group discussions: two with members of patient associations and three with healthcare professionals working at primary care centers. The discussions were conducted in Swedish.

One of the focus groups with healthcare professionals was held at their primary care unit, while the remaining sessions were conducted digitally. All sessions were audio-recorded. The recordings were transcribed verbatim using Microsoft Word. The transcribed material constitutes the dataset for analysis. A classical focus group analysis was then conducted to identify patterns and themes within the data.</r:Content>
