      <r:Content xml:lang="sv">Pseudonymiserad data över n=1466 kvinnor som genomgått assisterad befruktning. N=475 kvinnor är genotypade för en polymorfi i receptorn för follikelstimulerande hormon (N680S, rs6166), medan resterande (n=991) är icke-genotypade behandlade kontroller. Datan innefattar bakgrundsdata, samt parametrar som rör kvinnornas behandling för assisterad befruktning. Genotypdata för ovan nämnda polymorfi finns för de n=475 kvinnorna. In vitro-data (pmol cAMP/mg totalprotein) för COS-1 celler som stimulerats med två typer av hormon finns. Extracellulärt cAMP mättes med ELISA och har normaliserats mot mängden totalprotein i cellysatet.</r:Content>
