    <r:Abstract>
      <r:Content xml:lang="sv">Data består av 16 semistrukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer med yrkesutövare (14 män och 2 kvinnor) inom byggnadssektorn och industrin. Intervjuerna genomfördes digitalt via Teams eller Zoom, bland annat därför att intervjupersonerna var utspridda över landet och att digitala intervjuer kan upplevas som trygga och praktiska av de intervjuerna. Intervjuerna var 30-90 minuter långa och baserades på en frågelista. De intervjuade gavs dock möjlighet att själva ta initiativ till samtalsämnen. Frågorna inriktades på hur arbetet påverkas av besvärliga väderförhållanden – till exempel höga temperaturer, mycket nederbörd och hårda vindar – vilka förväntas öka med klimatförändringarna. Intervjupersonerna rekryterades i samarbete med fackföreningen Byggnads. Materialet har genomgått en kvalitativ analys med fokus på arbetarnas utsatthet på grund av besvärliga väderförhållanden, men också på grund av arbetes organisering i stort med ökad stress, till exempel på grund av kortare byggtider i byggsektorn.</r:Content>
      <r:Content xml:lang="en">The data consists of 16 semi-structured qualitative interviews with professionals (14 men and 2 women) in the construction sector and industry sector. The interviews were conducted digitally via Teams or Zoom, partly because the interviewees were spread across the country and because digital interviews can be experienced as safe and practical by the interviewees. The interviews were 30-90 minutes long and were based on a list of questions. However, the interviewees were given the opportunity to take the initiative for conversation topics themselves. The questions focused on how work is affected by difficult weather conditions – for example, high temperatures, heavy rainfall and strong winds – which are expected to increase with climate change. The interviewees were recruited in collaboration with the trade union Byggnads.
The material has undergone a qualitative analysis with a focus on the workers' vulnerability due to difficult weather conditions, but also due to the general organization of work in general with increased stress, for example due to shorter construction times in the construction sector.</r:Content>
