      <abstract xml:lang="en" contentType="abstract">These datasets provide information about the abundance of saproxylic microbial and arthropod species in six different tree species and under different microclimatic conditions (shaded, artificially shaded and sun-exposed). The species have been categorized into different trophic levels from decomposing microbes to arthropod parasites. This has been done to study the relative importance of ambient energy (microclimate) and substrate energy (tree species) across saproxylic trophic levels and over time. Samples have been taken from 2016-2020.</abstract>
      <abstract xml:lang="sv" contentType="abstract">Dessa dataset innehåller information om abundansen av saproxyla mikroorganismer och leddjur i sex olika trädarter och under olika mikroklimatiska förhållanden (skuggade, artificiellt skuggade och solexponerade). Arterna har kategoriserats i olika trofiska nivåer, från nedbrytande mikroorganismer till parasitiska leddjur. Detta har gjorts för att studera den relativa betydelsen av omgivningsenergi (mikroklimat) och substratenergi (trädart) över saproxyla trofiska nivåer och över tid. Prover har samlats in under perioden 2016–2020.</abstract>
