      <r:Content xml:lang="sv">Vem ropar för Alvar är en 18 minuter lång dramakomedi. 

Filmen bygger på ett treårigt forskningsprojekt om moralisk stress och moraliskt aktörskap i svensk äldreomsorg, där intervjuer med biståndsbedömare, enhetschefer och undersköterskor har inspirerat berättelsen. 

Äldreomsorgen är en av vår tids stora socialpolitiska frågor och filmen öppnar upp för samtal om ansvar, relationer och möjligheter till förändring. 

Filmen kan användas som underlag i folkbildning, professionsutveckling och participatorisk forskning och är ett konkret uttryck för kreativ metodik i tillämpad välfärdsforskning,

Forskning pågår om hur fiktion kan sporra moraliskt aktörskap. Här används filmen som en projektionsyta för kollektivt moraliskt resonerande.</r:Content>
      <r:Content xml:lang="en">Who stands up for Alvar is a 18-minute short movie, a dramedy-comedy based on a three-year research project on moral distress and moral agency in Swedish eldercare. 

The narrative draws on interviews with care needs assessors, unit managers, and assistant nurses in Swedish eldercare. The film addresses eldercare as a major contemporary social policy issue and seeks to stimulate reflection on responsibility, relationships, and possibilities for change.

 It can be used in Volkbildung, professional development, and participatory research, and represents a concrete example of creative methodology in applied welfare research.

Ongoing research using the film as a projection surface for collective moral reasoning also examines how fiction may foster moral agency.</r:Content>
