      <r:Content xml:lang="sv">Datasetet innehåller rådata från enkelcellssekvensering genererade i en studie av 13 individer med kronisk lymfatisk leukemi (KLL). Patienterna tillhör tre biologiskt definierade patientsubgrupper där leukemiska B-celler uttrycker mycket likartade (ofta nära identiska) B-cellsreceptor immunoglobulinsekvenser, nämligen stereotypa subset #1, #2 och #4.

Data har genererats med enkelcells-RNA-sekvensering (10x Genomics Single Cell 5′ Gene Expression and V(D)J) och omfattar information om genuttryck, B-cellsreceptorrepertoarer samt T-cellsreceptorrepertoarer.
Datasetet består av råa sekvenseringsfiler (FASTQ-format) och tillhörande teknisk metadata.

      <r:Content xml:lang="en">The dataset contains raw single-cell sequencing data generated from a study of 13 individuals with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The patients belong to three biologically defined patient subgroups in which leukemic B cells express highly similar (often near-identical) B-cell receptor immunoglobulin sequences, namely stereotyped subsets #1, #2, and #4.

The data were generated using single-cell RNA sequencing (10x Genomics Single Cell 5′ Gene Expression and V(D)J) and include information on gene expression, B-cell receptor repertoires, and T-cell receptor repertoires.
