      <r:Content xml:lang="sv">Markparametrar och markmikrobiella responser uppmätta i prover insamlade längs en vegetationsgradient med tillsatser av kväve eller fosfor på fältet i svenska Subarktis. Ett priming-experiment utfördes i laboratorium, där 13C-märkt glukos tillsattes för att simulera ökade tillförsel av rhizosfärhärlett organiskt material till följd av buskexpansion i ett varmare klimat. Jordproverna inkuberades i 172 timmar och responser mättes vid fem tidpunkter.</r:Content>
      <r:Content xml:lang="en">Soil parameters and soil microbial responses measured in samples collected along a vegetation gradient with nitrogen or phosphorus additions in the field in the Swedish Subarctic. A priming experiment was conducted in the laboratory, where 13C-labelled glucose was added to mimic increased inputs of rhizosphere-derived organic matter under shrub encroachment in a warmer climate.
