      <abstract xml:lang="en" contentType="abstract">Raw (unnormalized ) count data from Ampliseq Whole Transcriptome analyses of neuroblastoma samples, before and after chemotherapy. RNA was extracted from formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue blocks with standard methods and sequenced with Ion Torrent technology using the Ampliseq Whole Transcriptome assay. The raw data was processed through the standard Ion Torrent pipeline to generate raw counts for each transcript included in the Whole Transcriptome Assay.</abstract>
