Syfte:

Syftet var att kartlägga och följa förekomsten av hälsorisker (miljöfaktorer såväl som individens egna levnadsvanor), olika hälsotillstånd, vissa typer av vårdutnyttjande samt demografiska, socioekonomiska och psykosociala bakgrundsfaktorer.

Kodnyckel finns tillgänglig hos SCB i tio år efter undersökningstillfället. Enkätformulär kan erhållas från Enheten för Folkhälsa och Social hållbarhet, Region Skåne. För upplysningar om diarienummer för etikprövning för enskilda projekt som bygger på Folkhälsa i Skåne 2000 hänvisas till för respektive projektet ansvarig forskare.</r:Content>
      <r:Content xml:lang="en">A random sample was chosen from the  population registry among persons aged 18-80 year living in Scania the 4th of November in 1999. The sample was stratified in 60 geographic areas. In total 13715 persons answered the questionnaire,  corresponding to 58,5% of the total sample (n=23,437). The questionnaire was sent via mail.

Purpose:

The aim was to chart and follow the prevalence of health risks (environmental factors as well as the individuals own lifestyle), different health status, some types of  and demographic, socio-economic and psychosocial background factors.
