      <r:Content xml:lang="sv">NSHDS-MSP ingår i Northern Sweden Health and Disease Study (NSHDS). Prover och data är insamlade i anslutning till mammografiscreening, 1995-2006. Blodprovsamlingen består främst av EDTA- och heparin-blod fördelat till plasma, erytrocyter och buffy coat och för en andel finns även DNA extraherat. Kohorten består av kvinnor, 18-82 år, varav 95% återfinns inom åldersintervallet 48-70 år.

Enkätdata finns att koppla till blodproverna.

Prospektivt insamlad kohort (kvinnor) för alla sjukdomsområden.</r:Content>
      <r:Content xml:lang="en">NSHDS-MSP is a cohort within Northern Sweden Health and Disease Study (NSHDS). Samples and data are collected in connection with mammography screenings from 1995-2006. The blood samples consist primarily of EDTA and heparin blood samples divided into plasma, erythrocyte concentrate and buffy coat and for a certain percentage, the DNA is also extracted. The cohort consists of women, 18-82 years old (95% between 48 and 70 years old). The same sampling procedures as in VIP, but another questionnaire is used with questions regarding pregnancies, hormon replacement therapy, menopaus etc.
The survey data can be linked to the blood samples.
