      <r:Content xml:lang="sv">Medievalundersökningen 2002 är den åttonde studien i följd som genomförts vid riksdagsval (1979-2002). Undersökningen omfattar nyhetsrapporteringen i radio, tv och storstadspress, bland annat Svenska Dagbladet, Dagens Nyheter, de stora kvällstidningarna, Rapport och Aktuellt. 

Studien ingår i forskningsprogrammet Journalistik och demokrati där det övergripande syftet är att i ett brett perspektiv studera svensk journalistik utifrån normativa demokratiska utgångspunkter.

Att beskriva, kartlägga och analysera nyhetsmedias rapportering av valrörelsen 2002.</r:Content>

The study is part of the research program Journalism and Democracy where the overall aim is that in a broad perspective to study Swedish journalism based on normative democratic perspective.
