      <r:Content xml:lang="sv">En arbetsgrupp fick 2015 i uppdrag av LIBER, sammanslutningen för europeiska forskningsbibliotek, att undersöka lärdomar och arbetssätt inom biblioteksservice. Man skulle särskilt identifiera nya bibliotekstjänster och bibliotekstjänster under utveckling med hjälp av olika verktyg och metoder. En enkät sjösattes som en del i arbetet att undersöka saken. Enkäten skickades ut till samtliga 308 universitetsbibliotek inom LIBER i maj 2017.</r:Content>
      <r:Content xml:lang="en">In 2015 a working group was commissioned by LIBER, the Association of European Research Libraries, charged with investigating lessons learned and good practices in library support, as well as identifying new and developing library services by means of various tools and methods. A survey was initiated in order to investigate the subject matter. It was administered to all 308 LIBER university libraries in May of 2017.</r:Content>
