Data for: FSH receptor N680S genotype-guided choice of gonadotropin increases cumulative pregnancy and live birth rate after in vitro fertilization

https://doi.org/10.5878/gb77-1e72
Pseudonymised data on n=1466 women who underwent assisted reproduction. N=475 women are genotyped for a follicle-stimulating hormone receptor polymorphism (N680S, rs6166), while the remainder (n=991) are non-genotyped but treated controls. The data includes background data, as well as parameters related to the women's treatment for assisted reproduction. Genotype data for the aforementioned polymorphism is available for the n=475 women. In vitro data (pmol cAMP/mg total protein) for COS-1 cells stimulated with two types of hormones is available. Extracellular cAMP was measured by ELISA and normalized against the amount of total protein in the cell lysate.
