      <title>Data for: Single-cell sequencing reveals transcriptional and immunogenetic diversity in stereotyped chronic lymphocytic leukemia</title>
      <description>The dataset contains raw single-cell sequencing data generated from a study of 13 individuals with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The patients belong to three biologically defined patient subgroups in which leukemic B cells express highly similar (often near-identical) B-cell receptor immunoglobulin sequences, namely stereotyped subsets #1, #2, and #4.

The data were generated using single-cell RNA sequencing (10x Genomics Single Cell 5′ Gene Expression and V(D)J) and include information on gene expression, B-cell receptor repertoires, and T-cell receptor repertoires.
The dataset consists of raw sequencing files (FASTQ format) and associated technical metadata.

The dataset consists of 138 FASTQ files with a total size of approximately 511 GB.</description>

      <title>Image files from neuronal autoantibody screening for patients undergoing memory impairment investigations</title>
      <description>This dataset contains image files from 1021 memory clinic patients that have undergone screening for 5 different neuronal autoantibodies. The files are in the .nd2 format, owned by Nikon, but can be accessed through multiple open-source platforms, for example ImageJ, BioFormats or RBioFormats. For each individual, there are five files with two duplicates (two for each antigen). Each file contains three images, 2048+2048 pixels in size, that have been taken from random locations in a well in a microscopy-grade 96-well plate.       <title>De-identified survey response dataset for: "Multidisciplinary Exploratory Survey: Initial Insights into Biologic Drug Handling and Regulatory Perspectives Among Healthcare Professionals"</title>
      <description>This dataset contains de-identified responses from an exploratory cross-sectional survey on biologic drug handling, information sources, and regulatory perspectives among healthcare professionals (final analysed sample: n=35). The dataset includes one row per respondent and variables covering respondent category (professional role group) and broad geographic region, as well as coded answers to the 16 survey questions (Likert-scale items and multiple-choice responses).

Identifiers (e.g., names, email addresses, workplaces, free-text fields) have been removed. Geographic information and role categories are provided in aggregated form to reduce indirect identifiability. 

The deposit includes: (1) the response dataset (CSV), (2) a data dictionary describing variable names, question wording, response options and coding, and (3) the survey instrument (PDF) as distributed. The files can be opened with standard spreadsheet software; no specialized software is required.</description>

      <title>Data from immunocompromised individuals vaccinated with SARS-CoV2 vaccines: antibody titers, B cell receptor repertoire sequencing, and B cell immunophenotyping</title>
      <description>The dataset contains B cell receptor (BCR) sequencing data. Two types of data are included:

Antigen-specific BCR sequences obtained by sorting B cells (CD19+, CD20+, IgG+, IgM-, Spike+) followed by PCR and Sanger sequencing for SARS-CoV-2. Sequences are provided per individual and also as a combined dataset.

Bulk BCR repertoire sequencing for IgM and IgG, with one FASTQ file per individual and sample.

All sequences are provided as FASTQ or FASTA files. Users will need to realign and re-annotate VDJ segments using their preferred reference database and software.

No direct identifiers are included; sample IDs are pseudonymized. The size of the dataset is approximately 30 GB.</description>
