Data collection was conducted through a web survey. Participation in the study is based on informed consent.

Description of sampling:
The sample included twins born in Sweden between 1959 and 1985, where at least one in the twin pair had participated in STAGE. Twins who had declined to be contacted or participate in the Swedish Twin Registry, had protected identities, emigrated, or passed away were excluded. Both complete twin pairs and individual twins were invited to participate.
