Rewiring of interactions in a changing environment: nettle-feeding butterflies and their parasitoids
https://doi.org/10.17045/STHLMUNI.14260211
Within the files attached here are the raw data associated to the published article (Audusseau et al. 2021). The file "Audusseau_etal_2021_rawData_RewiringInteractionsNettlefeedingButterflies.xlsx" gathers all information. One sheet "batch_monitoring" gathers the informations on the butterfly larvae collected. For each butterfly batch sampled, the number of butterfly larvae collected, the species identity, the larval instar, the site, the number of larvae that died due to parasitism and unknown causes, etc, are reported. The other sheet "First_observation_Ar.levana" reports the time of the first observation of Ar. levana within a 10 km buffer zone around each site (these data were extracted from the Swedish Species Observations System "Artportalen", 30/08/2019). Two sheets with detailed metadata are also provided. A separate file for each sheet is also provided as csv.
