VCF files for Capsella grandiflora populations

The folders contain two VCF files based on whole genome resequencing of Capsella grandiflora and produced with GATK. Each file correspond either to scattered samples throughout the species range or 21 individuals from population Cg89. Variants in the files have been filtered for quality, coverage and missing data (see manuscript for more info). Those files have been used for population genomics analyses in Steige et al. 2017 PNAS.
