Description of sampling:
All schools with students born in 1999 are included in the study. The schools in the study consisted of 1,791 compulsory schools with students in grade 7, and/or grade 8, and/or grade 9, as well as all 1,336 upper secondary schools. From these, 197 compulsory schools and 29 upper secondary schools were sampled. Twenty schools were then excluded as they did not have any eligible students. In total, 6,350 students were sampled.
At the schools, some students were excluded and some were absent for various reasons. In total, 5,440 students participated, which corresponds to 85.67% of those who were selected.
