Description of sampling:
In January 2019, the party secretaries received a link to the survey that was party-specific, but not person-specific. The parties sent out the link to the survey to all party members whose e-mail address they had access to via their own newsletters or e-mail lists. Only the Social Democrats chose to send the survey to a representative sample of the party's members (n = 6500). The Sweden Democrats could not find a way to send the survey to their members before all surveys were closed and are thus not included in the final product. The gross sample size is 117,381 party members (L = 15,636; Mp = 10,719; S = 6,500; V =23,260; KD = 13,000; M =25,200; Fi = 6,000; C = 17,066)
