Population:
The survey was addressed to all staff who may be involved in neonatal resuscitation and who were actively employed from September 2022 to August 2023, including obstetricians (including residents), pediatricians (including neonatologists and residents), pediatric nurses, midwives, and nursing assistants. Participation was voluntary. The dataset contains responses from staff at 40 different maternity wards in Sweden.

Description of study design:
The study has a cross-sectional observational design. Data were collected using a survey that was open between September 2022 to August 2023. The survey was distributed by email to the heads of each maternity and neonatal ward, and aimed at all staff in Sweden involved in neonatal resuscitation. Participation was voluntary.
