Population:
The dataset includes participants from a Swedish feasibility study of a digital self-help program for depression and anxiety. Participants were primarily recruited nationally through social media, with additional recruitment in Region Örebro County via local media, the Örebro University website, and collaboration with primary care clinics. Eligible participants were adults (≥18 years) with at least mild symptoms of depression or anxiety (PHQ-9 > 4 or GAD-7 > 4), sufficient computer and internet literacy, and the ability to read and write in Swedish.
