Codes and data for "Stable clonal contribution of lineage-restricted stem cells to human hematopoiesis"
https://doi.org/10.48723/vany-1s63
This dataset consists of code for reproducing the figures and statistical analyses from "Stable clonal contribution of lineage-restricted stem cells to human hematopoiesis" and its input data. The code (scripts.zip) is openly available. The files in the "data" folder contain personal data and can only be accessed after completing an assessment process. There are 12 R script files in scripts.zip, and the input data for these scripts are contained within the "data" folder. The input data are stored in text, Newick, or RDS format. The "data" contains 65 files of approximately 247MB total. The file size and path of each file in "data" can be found in the Data_file_list.txt file. For details on each file and instructions on running the code, please refer to README.pdf.
