Description of the mode of collection:
Pre-tested and validated psychometric questionnaires, such as FSE-scale, CSAI-2, ABQ, were used for data collection. A total of 176 participants agreed to take part in the study, resulting in a response rate of 70.4%. Raw data from the questionnaires, including demographic variables (gender and individual athletes or team athletes), were transferred from Excel to SPSS for the calculation of Cronbach’s alpha. Means for each variable were first calculated in Excel and then transferred to SPSS for further analysis. Two analyses were conducted using the PROCESS macro v. 4.2 (Igartua & Hayes, 2021), which is an add-on for SPSS. This macro was downloaded and installed in SPSS, and the analyses were then performed using this tool.
