Input data files for habitat network analyses of hazel dormouse in Varberg municipality
https://doi.org/10.71870/dhsv-sj18
This data package includes data files that can be used as input for habitat network analyses of Hazel dormouse (Muscardinus avellanarius) using a specific habitat network analysis tool (HNAT; v0.1.3) in QGIS. One of the files, is a Land cover map covering Varberg Municipality in southwestern Sweden that has been created by combining different open geodata on biotopes and other landscape elements. This raster map can be labelled in QGIS using the qml-file also included in the data package. In addition, these to files, the package includes an Excel file containing the input model parameters that together with the raster map is needed to run the habitat network analyses using HNAT.
