ACpop Variant Frequency Dataset

This dataset contains whole-genome variant frequencies for 300 individuals (above 80 years and not diagnosed with cancer) from Västerbotten County in Sweden, generated within the a project aimed to find variants giving a predisposition for cancer. The frequency data is intended to be used as a resource for the research community and clinical genetics laboratories. Genetic variants contributing to disease risk may or may not occur in the dataset at the general population frequency. There is no explicit or implicit guarantee that the genetic variants in the dataset do not contribute to risk of disease.
