Variant Allele Frequencies of Matched Primary and Locally Recurrent Breast Tumors

Variant allele frequencies (derived from TPES package using whole genome sequencing data) for samples with matching normal tissue. Allele frequencies for matched primary and recurrent tumors are reported as percentage.
