Stabilization indices of housekeeping genes in roots of Datisca glomerata plantlets treated with different phytohormones

NormFinder (Andersen et al., 2004) stabilization indices of housekeeping genes used to calculate the normalizations factors in plantlet roots of Datisca glomerata. Indices were calculated in every assay to identify the most stable internal normalizer (or combination of normalizers) and are linked to the Figures of the manuscript.
