Arctic Ocean 2016 - 180 Degree Camera Looking Ahead
This dataset contains data collected during the Canadian-Swedish expedition Arctic Ocean 2016. The research cruise took place August through September 2016, using the icebreaker Oden. The camera recorded with a framerate of 0.1 Hz until the 03.09 and after that with 02 Hz until the end of the expedition. The images have a resolution of 20 megapixels. The images can be used to detect ice features such as ice ridges and to evaluate the ice concentration along the way. Data include: Image files of 180° forward panorama of the ice.
