Description of sampling:
A representative sample in terms of age (18–29, 30–44, 45–59 and above 60), gender and region of residence was recruited via telephone registries in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Respondents answered the web-based questionaire online. See the article by Slunge et al for further information.
