MINFLUX data for Na,K-ATPase membrane clustering analysis

https://doi.org/10.71775/KTH.VSZTR-NQ320
Data belonging to the preprint  https://doi.org/10.64898/2026.06.30.735534 Raw MINFLUX data for a study of Na,K-ATPase clustering in the plasma membrane of epithelial cells. Two subunits, alpha1 and beta1 were tagged with EGFP and imaged using DNA-PAINT.  The msr files contain the localizations and metadata and can be opened using imspector software. Imspector is a commercial software developed by Abberior Instruments used for operating the Abberior MINFLUX microscope, specifically running acquisitions and exporting the data. Find out more about the software: https://abberior.rocks/superresolution-confocal-systems/imspector . Software is installed and run on Windows OS and the versions used to generate the data are vol. m2205 and m2410 Imspector software is not freely available, however, .msr files can be exported as .mat or .npy and further processed using either custom matlab or python scripts. Abbreviations: MINFLUX - minimal fluorescence photon fluxes microscopy EGFP - enhanced green fluorescent protein  DNA-PAINT - DNA Points Accumulation for Imaging in Nanoscale Topography Naming convention: e.g. 1_NKA_A1_EGFP 1 - Image number NKA - Na,K-ATPase (the studied protein) A1_EGFP - the protein subunit tagged with EGFP (either alpha 1 or beta 1)
