The Regional Skåne SOM survey

The long-term regional development is followed by Väst-SOM, Syd-SOM and Värmlands-SOM, which focuses on analyzes of society, opinion and media in Western Sweden, Skåne and Värmland. Väst-SOM is conducted annually, Syd-SOM somewhat less regularly and Värmlands-SOM has so far been performed twice. The Regional Western Sweden SOM survey and the Regional Skåne SOM survey are conducted with the intension of study attitudes and behaviours connected to local and regional questions and phenomenon. The emphasis is on public service and media, but many of the questions are identical to those included in Riks-SOM in order for the answers to be comparable both between the two regions and with Sweden as a whole.
