Added "Pavement cells.zip", update documentation file ReadMe_Experiment settings.txt and metadata. The first version of the data set contained images from time series experiment of acquired on hypocotyls of cortical microtubules reporter either with few or no ablated cells. The second version contains additional images of a time serie experiment on one cotyledon from a microtubule reporter line after ablating a few cells.
