It is not possible to provide access to all parts of the data material as openly accessible data. Please refer to the table of contents (Arkivförteckning[...].xlsx) and note that some files are only available through the Swedish National Archives. The study is a Governmental Inquiry Commission (SOU). The directives are established in directives 2022:27 and 2022:135, as decided by the Swedish Government. The main task is to develop (1) proposals that strengthen the municipalities' incentives to participate in the expansion of wind power, and (2) systems to compensate those whose surroundings are significantly affected by such expansion. The commission was conducted between April 7, 2022 and April 27th, 2023. The data material consists of the commission report's documentation. This includes, among other things, consequence calculations and data analysis based on the real property register and the database "Vindbrukskollen", surveys from wind power developers, so-called rural development agreements from Sweden's municipalities as well as various authority and research reports.
