The Swedish Red List 2020 – including ecological variables

Rödlista 2020
https://doi.org/10.5878/0kx8-xr80
The Swedish Red List is compiled by the Swedish Species Information Centre at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU Artdatabanken) as part of the environmental monitoring and assessment programme Biodiversity. It is a compilation of the extinction risk of species in Sweden. The Swedish Red List 2020, published on 22 April 2020, is the fifth Swedish Red List based on the Red List Criteria of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). This dataset includes species that have been categorized as red-listed: Regionally Extinct (RE), Critically Endangered (CR), Endangered (EN), Vulnerable (VU), Near Threatened (NT) and Data Deficient (DD). For each species, their red-list category, the criteria leading to the red-list category and supporting documentation are presented. In addition, this dataset includes factors that may have a negative or positive impact on the species’ survival in Sweden, as well as information about the species' regional occurrence, landscape type, biotopes and substrates – variables that are not included in the dataset “The Swedish Red List 2020” available at the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF). Only species are included in this dataset; apomictic species are excluded. For a complete overview of all red-listed taxa, including subspecies and apomictic species, refer to the dataset “The Swedish Red List 2020” at GBIF (https://doi.org/10.15468/JHWKPQOpens in a new tab). The data file "Rodlistade_arter_2020.csv" contains 4740 rows and 102 columns.
