Survey of Småland's cultural sector on digital technology and cultural event platforms

The data consists of 23 completed surveys distributed among representatives of Småland's cultural sector in Fall 2024. The answers to 29 close-ended questions (multiple choice and Likert scale) from the survey are compiled here, providing information about the respondents, their organizations, their experiences of digital events and exhibitions, and their views on the online platforms used to advertise cultural events. The data is available as a xlsx file, while the questionnaire as a PDF.

Description of sampling:

A representative sample of cultural sector organizations/contacts from Småland, Sweden from county lists of institutions. Practitioners were recruited via email. Recipients were also asked to forward the questionnaire to other persons meeting the criteria.

The response rate is arrived at by dividing the total number of respondent (23) by the total number of unique, operational email addresses the survey invitations were sent (71)

Respondents were sent a link to the survey created and hosted in Microsoft Forms through a university account. All completed surveys were automatically collected and compiled in the software.
