Data for: A point-of-care assay for genotyping women prior to ovarian stimulation with recombinant or human menopausal gonadotropins in assisted reproduction
https://doi.org/10.5878/sk15-xx62
This dataset contains pseudonymized data on individuals undergoing assisted reproduction. It includes 1) n=400 women genotyped for FSHR N680S (rs6166), with demographic background and treatment-related parameters. Previously shared in SND: https://doi.org/10.5878/gb77-1e72Opens in a new tab 2) n=50 men and women investigated for assisted reproduction, genotyped for FSHR N680S.
Laboratory data: ΔRn values from Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) real time PCR (SYBR with ROX reference). The genotyping dataset was analyzed with standard statistical software; LAMP real time PCR data were retrieved by software capable of reading fluorescence signals.

Data contains personal data:
Yes
Type of personal data:
Pseudonymized data of the genetic variant N680S (rs6166) in the follicle-stimulating hormone receptor.
Code key exists:
Yes
Sensitive personal data:
Yes
Data contain other protected information:
Yes
Type of protected information:
The dataset contains genetic information (a single polymorphism in the FSH receptor) together with basic demographic metadata (gender) and clinical metadata (time of attendance at a fertility clinic). The dataset also include pseudo anonymized identification number that with the code key can be linked to all personal and clinical data obtained by the fertility treatment during the course of treatment, including personal identification number.
