Output table of the ancestral sequence reconstruction for the hydroxylamine oxidoreductase (HAO) phylogeny. This analysis was computed using IQ-Tree v2.2.0 and HAO alignment and phylogenetic tree as input. The table contains the following columns:- Node: Node name in the phylogenetic tree.- Site: Position number of the predicted sequence at the specific Node.- State: Most likely state (amino acid) assigned by the test. Uncertain states are represented by "-".- p_X: Posterior probability for state X (empirical Bayesian method) estimated by the test. There is one column per amino acid.
