Open data for "Auditory Awareness Negativity is an Electrophysiological Correlate of Awareness in an Auditory Threshold Task" by Rasmus Eklund and Stefan Wiens AAN_data.zip contains the raw eeg data files (*.bdf) that were recorded with a biosemi system (www.biosemi.com). The files can be opened in matlab with the fieldtrip toolbox. http://www.fieldtriptoolbox.orgOpens in a new tab. The txt files in each subject's directory are the behavioral logfiles from the main task (see python.zip). Amps_AAN_exp1.csv and Amps_AAN_exp2.csv contain the mean ERP data that are generated by the fieldtrip scripts (see the scripts for an explanation of the variables). bayesfactor.zip contains the bayes factor analyses of the main data. some files were generated with Aladins r scripts (https://doi.org/10.17045/sthlmuni.4981154Opens in a new tab). the r-files can be run with r (https://www.r-project.orgOpens in a new tab). fieldtrip.zip contains all the matlab scripts that were used to process the erp data with the toolbox fieldtrip. http://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/TheOpens in a new tab zip also contains the final, preprocessed individual data files.
