Trade union survey 1974_2

To describe democracy within the trade union movement through the interaction between members and elected representatives. The survey consists of five part studies, with fairly similar variables, carried out on various levels in the trade union structure and on journalists working with labour issues. Purpose: The aim of the study is to investigate how the union was ruled during the period and how its internal democracy worked.
