Description of sampling:
A sample of 6 300 individuals, stratified after gender, seven age groups and seven geographical areas, was drawn from the Statistic Sweden register over the total population (RTB). Requests were made to expand the survey and to separately report the results from Falun and Östersund municipalities and the counties of Uppsala, Södermanland, Örebro and Västmanland. The new sample consists of 168 strata and was drawn by gender, seven age groups and twelve regional areas. Total sample after the expansion is 10 308 individuals.
