Description of sampling:
A sample of 6 300 individuals, stratified after geographical areas for the Swedish Transport Administration, was drawn from the Statistic Sweden register over the total population (RTB). An additional selection of 2 700 individuals were made for Region Väst, to allow separate report of Halland, Gothenburg municipality, Västra Götaland and Värmland. An additional selection of 2 700 individuals was also made for Region Mälardalen, to allow separate report of Uppsala, Södermanlands, Örebro and Västmanlands county. A certain "over selection" was based on covering. Total sample 11 400 individuals, 182 strata (13 geographic areas, 7 age groups, 2 gender).
